I’m likely one of the last persons to learn about the Kinston Music Park, but if what I’m about to share inspires just one more individual to find interest in it, it’s well worth sharing!
The park is located at the corner of South Queen and Springhill Streets and serves as a dedication to the musical inspiration that was born and grew in ENC. It’s roots have been in the family, church, and local communities for decades.
There is much to see in the park. There is also plenty to read and plenty to learn. On a calm, clear day, if you listen carefully, you may even hear some of the music which originated in this area of the Tarheel State.
